Puma has been certified as a Top Employer 2025 in Latin America for the third consecutive year, “demonstrating the organization’s commitment to being the best place to work, which is manifested in excellence in its people policies and practices, leading us to be a benchmark in Human Resources practices and corporate excellence,” the company says.
The distinction is based on the implementation of its “People Make the Difference” strategy , which positions diversity, inclusion and equality as fundamental axes of its organizational culture. These initiatives have allowed the firm to stand out in the institute’s evaluation, which analyzes 20 critical areas of human resources, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Development and Wellbeing .
